Greetings!
I’m a London-based journalist with more than a decade of experience as a broadcaster, writer and sub-editor for print, web and TV.
I am currently a sub-editor at Times Higher Education. I have previously worked as a comment moderator at MailOnline and a TV producer at Al Jazeera English and Arise News.
I’m former editor of The South African newspaper and TheSouthAfrican.com. I have also been a guest commentator on South African and international current affairs for outlets such as the BBC, ITV, Channel 5, eNCA and LBC.
I hail from Johannesburg, South Africa, and hold a BA in Journalism and English Literature, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Rhodes University in Grahamstown (now Makhanda).
When I’m not at work you’ll probably find me taking photos of buildings from weird angles, gardening, volunteering as a tour guide at Highgate Cemetery, or ambling around a museum or gallery.
